BREAKING NEWS.......... Iwan is now officially a World Champion after his Silver medal from the 1997 World Championships has been promoted to Gold after an American athlete admitted to drug taking. Amazing news for Iwan, his team mates and UK Athletics.

Virgin London Marathon 2010
I am running the Virgin London Marathon again this year. I have been training fairly hard and looking to beat last year's time of 3hrs 58 min. I have just finished The Silverstone half marathon in 1.39.0, thanks to all those who supported me on the day.
