Iwan has been very busy trying to master the sport of professional Cycling and Diving. It has been tough, so catch the last few episodes to see how he gets on.

McCain Track and Field - starting in july - oct. Iwan will report from a number of athletic competitions this summer and watch him in his biggest challenge yet!! can he take a bunch of teenagers from an inner city school with no athletic background and in just 2 months have them ready to compete against the best teenage athletes in the country?

Flora London Marathon 2009
Well done to Iwan who finished his first ever London Marathon in 3hrs 58 min going through the pain to raise lots of money for a very good cause. Ever the competitor Iwan was not happy with his performance and is already signed up for next year.

Hyde park to top of hilton challenge - being filmed for the new McCain series Iwan takes on the tough challenge of running through hyde park to the london Hilton park lane finishing by scaling the 47 stories (500 steps) to the finish line on the roof!!
